The Basics

We follow DockDogs® basics

One Dog and One Handler are called a Team.

Teams are grouped into Divisions based on jump distance:

  • Novice 0’1” – 9’11”

  • Junior 10’0” - 14’11”

  • Senior 15’0” - 19’11”

  • Master 20’0” - 22’11”

  • Elite 23’0” - 24’11”

  • Super Elite 25’ and above

Each event (Longest Jump, Highest Jump, and Fastest Fetch) will feature Divisional competition

Similar to the DockDogs® General Event Format

  1. One group at a time, each Team shall be given two jumps in rotation order. The longest of the two jump distances shall be assigned as the Team’s Score.

  2. The Teams shall be ranked within their jumped division based on the longest to shortest Score within that division.
